La Cuvée E.Gillet

According to the same requirements as Domaine de la Bongran, Jean Thévenet and his son Gautier fashion the Cuvée Emilian Gillet from a vineyard situated to the north of Quintaine. It is a wine with more floral and mineral qualities than the Cuvée Tradition, and develops notes of truffles as it ages.
