Made from organically grown grapes on the distinctive Quintaine terroir, marked by white marls, this wine reveals a finely balanced harmony between aromatic power and natural freshness. The grapes, harvested exclusively by hand at full ripeness, are vinified over an extended period to preserve all their finesse.
